I don’t have anything groundbreaking to talk about today. I’m going back to work after my extended Winter break and I barely got any sleep last night. Do other people have anxieties like that? I’d love to hear about it.
If you’re the praying type, put a good word in for me. I’ll take all the help I can get.

When I have to go back to work, or have an appointment I usually can’t sleep the night before. Trazadone is the only reason I ever sleep between anxiety and pain.

I’m trying to wean myself off of medication. Just means I hate myself some nights.
