I have an issue with this fidget spinner craze. They really shouldn’t be marketed as toys. There are kids who really need supports like that and those who don’t. I’ll have a longer post about this tomorrow. I just need to talk about what I saw today.
A kid in a store was playing with a spinner. His sister walked ahead of his mother and he was behind. I guess the sister said something he didn’t like cause he chucked that thing at her like some kind of shuriken. It was wild. Somehow, the mother missed this whole incident until the sister started crying. The boy was warned that he has to stop doing things like that. I take that to mean that this has happened before.
This is a problem on several levels but I don’t have time to get into that right now.
Later.
