I’ve been getting up earlier in the mornings. I like having the extra time to exercise and prepare for my day. Sometimes, yoga. Others, some type of meditation.
The downside is: I’m ready for bed when the sun goes down. It’s hard to accomplish anything once it gets dark.
I’m slowly becoming a morning person.
Weird.
