Sunday thoughts for the people! Let’s talk about it in the comments! #blackgirllove #growth #deepthoughts #selfcare #progress #selflove #itsyourtimesis #raiseyourvoice
Cynthia Frazier It’s so great!
Today, I had the pleasure of attending the Be Heard: Women in Leadership conference and what a day it was! I really stepped out of my shell today but I was determined to get the most I could out of the experience. I took up space in the room and introduced myself to a lot of people. I put myself out there and made new connections. I acknowledged my talents and explored new possibilities. My sprits were lifted and my heart was moved.
This evening, I had my first opportunity to appear as a vendor at an #BlackHistory event! I asked my mom to help me out and she took the chance to sell some of her homemade jam.
It would be neglectful of me to let #blackhistorymonth go by without mentioning my first book!
Today was an inspiring, grounding, thought provoking, moving, engaging, and catalyzing experience for me! I’m continually being shown that I am on the right path and making the best decisions for myself. I’m grateful to be a part of Focus STL’s Women in Leadership cohort 77! #leadership #grateful #itsmytime
